Privacy Policy for Our SNS Research Tool
税理士法人クレフティ（以下「当法人」といいます）は、市場調査のために SNS の公開投稿を取得・分析するにあたり、以下のとおり情報を取り扱います。顧問先・お問い合わせいただいた方の個人情報の取扱いについては、プライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
当法人は、税務・経営・事業承継・資金調達に関する市場の動向を把握するため、X・Threads・Instagram・Facebook の各社が提供する公式 API を使って、公開されている投稿を取得し、社内で分析します。
We use the official APIs of X, Threads, Instagram and Facebook to collect publicly available posts in order to understand market trends related to taxation, business management, business succession and financing, for internal analysis only.
Text, posting time, permalink and public engagement counts of public posts; public usernames (only when configured). We do not collect private posts, direct messages, email addresses or phone numbers.
Used only to produce internal reports on industry trends and needs. Never used to contact posters, target advertising, or identify or profile individuals. Never published, shared or sold to third parties.
社内の限られた端末に保存し、アクセスできるのは当法人の担当者だけです。取得から1年を過ぎたデータは削除します。
Data is stored on restricted company devices, accessible only to authorized staff, and deleted one year after collection.
ご自身の投稿の削除を希望される場合は、投稿の URL を添えて下記の窓口までご連絡ください。30日以内に削除し、その旨をご連絡します。各サービス上で投稿を削除された場合も、次回の更新時に当法人の保存データから削除されるよう努めます。
To request deletion of your posts from our data, please email us with the post URL. We will delete it within 30 days and notify you.
